How Pronto Recovery gets paid:
The Texas Comptroller pays the claimant directly. Pronto Recovery never receives, holds, or routes the state's payment. The claimant pays the contracted fee separately after they confirm they were paid, per the signed agreement, capped at 10% under Property Code Section 74.507.
